After approval, tracked air delivery typically takes 4–8 business days. Complimentary standard shipping and ordinary import duties are included for U.S. orders.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
30-DAY RETURNS & ORDER SUPPORT
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The painting must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging.
Please contact support@arbynart.com for authorization before returning an item. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your painting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
Custom or personalized paintings are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
PAINTING CARE
Keep your oil painting indoors and away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, high humidity, and moisture.
Remove surface dust gently with a clean, dry, soft brush or microfiber cloth. Do not use water, household cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials on the painted surface.
Handle the artwork with clean, dry hands. When moving a framed painting, hold it by the frame rather than pressing or pulling on the canvas.
For professional cleaning, restoration, or repair, consult a qualified art conservator.
Preview Before Shipping
We email you photos of the completed painting for review. Framing and shipping proceed only after your confirmation.
Secure Air Delivery
Your painting is carefully packed and shipped by air with tracking. U.S. orders include complimentary standard shipping and ordinary import duties.

Will my painting look exactly like the product images?
The product images serve as the reference for the composition, color palette, and overall style. Because each painting is created individually by hand, slight variations in brushwork, texture, and color may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of a hand-painted artwork.
How long does it take to create and deliver my painting?
Standard painting production generally takes 7–10 business days after your order is accepted. Large sizes, heavily textured paintings, multi-panel works, or customized requests may require additional time. After you approve the completed painting, typical air-shipping transit is approximately 4–8 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Will I receive a preview before my painting is shipped?
Yes. We will email photos of the completed painting to the email address used for your order. Please review the preview and reply with your confirmation or any reasonable adjustment request. Framing and shipping will proceed only after your confirmation.
What happens if I do not respond to the preview email?
If we do not receive a response within 12 calendar days after sending the preview, your order will be paused. The painting will not be automatically framed or shipped. Please also check your spam or promotions folder if you have not seen our preview email.
How do I choose the right painting size and frame?
Consider the width of the wall and the scale of the furniture below the artwork. You can use painter’s tape to mark the selected dimensions on the wall before ordering. Available canvas and frame options are shown in the product selections. If you need help choosing, contact us before placing your order.
How should I care for my oil painting?
Gently remove surface dust with a clean, soft, dry cloth or a soft artist’s brush. Avoid water, household cleaners, abrasive materials, prolonged moisture, high heat, and extended exposure to direct sunlight. If your painting arrives rolled, professional stretching or framing is recommended.
Do you offer international delivery?
We ship to destinations available at checkout. Paintings are carefully packed and generally sent by air, with tracking provided after dispatch when available. U.S. painting orders include complimentary standard shipping and ordinary import duties. Terms for other destinations are shown at checkout or explained before shipment.
Can I request a custom painting?
